Ambassador Compensation Plan

Darceys Ambassador Programme is an opportunity for our highest performing Representatives to progress into team building.  It is designed to reward our team leaders for continued support of their downlines.  There are four areas of focus that contribute towards promotion through the ranks of the Ambassador Programme.

1 – Personal Sales  – The Total amount sold by you personally during the month at reps prices.

2 – Team Sales  – The total amount sold by your level 1, 2 and 3 team members over the month at reps prices.

3 – Active Team Members  – The Amount of people in your level one downline who have placed an order during the month.

4 – Downline Promotion – The amount of people in your level one downline who have qualified and various levels of the Ambassador Programme.

Meeting the criteria at different levels will lead to promotion through our Ambassador Levels

Junior Ambassador  –  Supervising Ambassador  –  Senior Ambassador  –  Executive Ambassador  –  Pro Ambassador

Retention Criteria

A retention criteria is in place to ensure that Ambassadors continue to strive for sales and promote Darceys Products whilst building and supporting their team.

In order to remain in the programme, there is simply only one criteria that needs to be met:

1 – Minimum £100 sales per month.

3 Maintaining respect and your team feeling comfortable at all times

No pressure to make orders or targets, that benefit promotions .
